Staff

• All staff will be trained in hold-up procedures and security equipment activation.
• Keys will be accounted for and returned.
• Staff should always be alert. Keen observations may result in apprehension of offenders, prior to offences being committed.
• Any suspicious behaviour should be reported to Manager and/or Police immediately.
• Personal name tags will not contain surnames.
• Following an armed hold-up staff will be offered counselling
