Before Operating A Scissor Lift:

  • The scissor lift must not be steadied by positioning it against another object.
  • Signs and/or barricades shall be in place to warn other workers.
  • Ensure the work area is clear of workers, equipment, and other obstructions before moving or lowering the platform.
  • Secure the scissor lift against unauthorised use.
